Over the past few years, one of the major focal points in the food industry has been directed towards the implementation of safer food practices HACCP (Hazardous analysis of critical control points.), this creates a safer and healthier work environment for people working in the food retail and manufacturing sectors and creating awareness about food hygiene practices.
