Background

Founder,  Corrie de Villiers has more than 20 years experience in the Food Industry. 

During her time in the Food industry she has developed, implemented and managed the following systems:

•        HACCP (inclusive of high and low care facilities)

•        Retailer Food Safety and Quality Requirement systems. (Woolworths, Pick n Pay, Checkers and Spar)

•        ISO  22000 system development and improvement.

•        BRC development and improvement.

She has been involved in the Design and movement of 2 factories where she has gained experience in Hygienic Factory Design and layout as well as process development and improvement. On top of this she was in the position to do Food Safety and Ethical ComplJohannesce audits for  a Leading retailer in SA for a few years.  Here she was exposed to all sectors of the food Industry .

 

Her passion for the Quality and Food Safety has resulted in starting Trinity Consultants.  Through Trinity Consultants she shares her knowledge and experience via consultation, training as well as Certification Audits.
