Vacuum tumbler is used in meat processing plants for plasticizing and massaging muscles in production process of high quality cured meats. Main advantage of the tumbler is pulsating vacuum, which causes muscle stretching and a better absorption of brine. Thanks to the special arrangement of internal massaging paddles, the meat circulates from the lid of the drum to the bottom and back, it results in breaking and plasticizing of muscle fibers stretched by the pulsating vacuum.
