Vacuum Mixer Mod. ATV-300

Suitable for mixing all kinds of products, perfectly binding and homogenizing the ingredients. The application of vacuum in the process allows for better preservation of aromas and flavors in the mixture. The extraction of intermolecular air during the process reduces the oxidation of the product and increases the compaction of the paste, thus improving its color and final presentation.
